Main: haggis stuffed chicken ballotine, neeps & tatties, cep puree, garlic & thyme sauce or mushroom, onion & Isle of Mull cheddar cheese tart
Dessert: Cranachan mille feuille (Oat cakes, whisky chantilly cream, poached raspberries, whisky & honey syrup, honeycomb).
